I’m sorry, but something you uploaded to academia.edu doesn’t count as published or peer-reviewed. And as far as I can tell from the first page (which is all I can see without registering), it doesn’t have any citations to the literature either.

I am a teacher and I use blogs to teach. It is a common practice. Get over yourself.

Nothing wrong with that. But if you want to be a scientist, you have to publish in real, peer-reviewed journals, with every claim supported by reference to the literature or primary data. I presume that anthropologists consider themselves scientists. Can you provide any instances in which you have done such a thing?
