I did not invent the term “public school”. Sure, in Britain, a Public School is where wealthy children receive instruction where OTHER wealthy children are (as opposed
to receiving private tutoring in the home).
But this is an American blog… and I mean “public school” the way thousands of
AMERICAN political lobbyists mean the term: schools funded by tax dollars.
Naturally, private schools that receive SOME tax dollars might no longer qualify
for tax assistance depending on their policies.
Please don’t start monitoring my every word. And please do start using
dictionary.com and wikipedia with greater frequency. You will learn many
things.
