I am underwhelmed.
As best I can tell, it finds a correlation between good health and having a meaningful life. But correlation does not prove causation.
The article seems to reach the conclusion that having a meaningful life is the path to good health. But it could also be that having good health is the path to a meaningful life. Or it might go in both directions.
