Funnily enough, I’ve never met anyone who was depressed about it, apart from atheist prophets of heat death.

I have, however, met thousands of people who are no more accepting of the finality of heat death than they believe these guys on the finality of human death. They have already experienced the begining of new creation, and the doom-merchants have not.
