Evolution is non-mathematical? Has the man never heard of population genetics? Has he never heard of computational phylogenetics?
The author may know his way around physics and mathematics, but he should have called in some help when he started writing about biology.
Can someone invite the author here? I wonder what he would do to justify those claims.

Reminds me of an old Rodney Dangerfield joke. Rodney wanted to be a better person so at a garage sale he picked up a book titled HOW to HUG. Took it home and discovered it was Vol.7 of an encyclopedia.
