Thanks for putting this together @sfmatheson! Josh and I along with others have been working on submission guidelines that can help address the pre-publication review part that is not discussed in the draft. We hope to publish an Open call for submissions soon that will publicly share these submission guidelines and review policies. @swamidass I wonder if you want the publication ethics to be posted in the same open call for submission article or in a separate PS article itself?
