I do not feel a Mid-Life Crisis coming on. It seems I might had a Quarter-Life Crisis in my early 20s, but I’m doing just fine with my 40s. Seems like I’m at the verge a lot of things.
What should I expect?

Got to start working out and watching the diet. Happy Birthday as you are not even half way done yet. Live long and prosper.
I had similar questions about getting older when I turned 40, but really there were no problems. I’m my own head I’m still 20-ish, but if you ask my wife I’m going on 13. At 54 there are definitely a few more aches and pains - I think the warranty on my body may have run out.
Yes, that’s what you should expect at 40.
Happy birthday!
My clinical nurse decorated my office with black balloons, etc. My partner, who is a bit more whimsical and deserves it, got more medical stuff for the aged (like Viagra samples and foley catheters, and a cane). Watch out! Hope it’s a good one.
Happy 40th! Let us know how the new convertible sports car turns out.
