But this is an “animal” without mitochondrion! This isn’t merely an anarobe.
Loriciferans also don’t have mitochondria. The use unique organelles known as hydrogenosomes.

Loriciferans are multicellular animals. Trichomonads are not loriciferans and not multicellular.
