I have a Time Domain Reflectometer. Can I use that to see God? Right now I use it to test Ethernet cables.

I refer you to the manufacturers Technical Manual for the Time Domain Reflectometer (), version 1.07.034d, chapter 7, subsection B, 17th paragraph:

“No.”

Unless you happen to worship Ethernet cables, then it should do OK.
