Analogies show equivalence only in a strictly limited set of features. In this case, the analogy was intended to illustrate the Texas sharpshooter fallacy that you and @Giltil constantly appeal to without knowing it, as featured in your “waiting time” problem.

And Gilbert got it, he correctly identified that my analogy made the texas sharpshooter fallacy and never provided a rebuttal to the fact that the waiting time-argument does the same, he just changed the subject.
