For “facts or information” to be taken as indication “whether a belief or proposition is true or valid”, one first has to establish their relevance to the belief or proposition.

All of the content of the universe is relevant to understanding its origin. Human observers are part of the content of the universe we live in. This should be obvious.

You have failed to demonstrate the relevance of either Howe’s diagram or the existence of intelligent observers to any proposition you are making, hence our resistance to accepting them as evidence.

I would expect this to be your position no matter how convincing my argument is.

If you understand the mathematical challenges of finding function is large combinatorial spaces and fixation of changes in a population it is pretty clear that the Howe diagram points to separate origin events as described in Genesis 1.

No. @Rumraket was merely wanting you to establish their relevance. If “facts or information” do not make a proposition “more expected” (or less expected for that matter), they have no relevance to “indicating whether [it] is true or valid.”

Rumraket was conflating evidence with prediction. Thus forming a subjective definition of evidence. Evidence, prediction, hypothesis formulation are different things.
