Its ridiculous to say that most of Darwinian evolution hasn’t been tested.

Why tell me? I never said that.

Darwinian evolution is inadequate, but it explains a lot of evolutionary history.

Theories or explanations that can’t be tested are just stories and are worthless as science. It’s impossible to test if any neo-Darwinian mechanisms are responsible for the changes evident in the fossil record.
