It’s not easy to compare case fatality figures between countries, because testing varies so much. In Sweden, AFAIK pretty much only people showing severe symptoms are eligible to be tested. That contrasts with some of the other countries on that list where people can just get tested if they choose to, regardless of whether or not they might actually be infected.
When the dust settles, I think the Swedes are going to be disappointed in their results.
