Newton's Four Rules

So, is the resurrection of Jesus, predicted by Him before his execution, not evidence of anything in particular, according to you? What objection, in principle, do you have to the notion of God being triune, and being able to instantiate Himself in a human body --as a “visitor” to His own creation? In a crude analogy, doesn’t a computer programmer do something similar, using the powers of imagination and programming logic?

Guy, Why can’t God resurrect people He chooses to resurrect? And as I said before- if Jesus was/ is God then nothing was sacrificed at the crucifixion.

@JoeG

True.

The context of the Transfiguration seems to rest in the Enochian schools of Judaism… where Elijah and Moses, both exemplars of angelization (or sainti-fexation), welcome Jesus into their ranks.

This would have been relevant to the early groups that thought Jesus acquired holy status, rather than being born with it. Once the other schools began to prevail (with Jesus being born holy)… the Transfiguration had to be “morphed” into some other meaning.
