The entirety of papers V and VI on the Event Horizon Telescope (https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.3847/2041-8213/ab0f43) is postdiction. Among them are many authors where this is their only project - these authors never make any predictions, just postdictions. I consider them real scientists.
