Scientific Predictions and the Bible: A Dual Fulfillment Proposal

Two questions I’d like answeres from this perspective:

@Ronald_Cram, how do you distinguish your approach to Genesis from “Scientific Prophecies in the Koran”? See for example this link:

It seems that your hermeneutic is:

1. No different than a Muslim making the same claims about the Koran.
2. There is no consistent rule that shows how you are right, and they are wrong.
3. I’ll assume that you do not accept the Koran as inspired.

So how do you resolve that mess?

Regarding Hugh Ross, I consider him an excellent astronomy educator. I have been reading him for many years. He has never gotten the science wrong. I would like him to use the Bible to make predictions on science instead of the other way around. For example, there is tension between the Hubble Constant as measured today and the Hubble Constant as measured in the CMBR 13.8 BYA. Since Ross knows the Bible already has the answer, why doesn’t he report that answer now. Meanwhile thousands of scientists can go ahead and find the answer through really hard work.

Other than the mere fact of a beginning, how are these nothing more than postdictions.
