Even as a layman, this statement struck me as bizarre on a sufficient number of levels that I’d have trouble enumerating them all, or even attempting to separate them into discrete errors in understanding.
Does this seem as wrong-headed to this forum’s experts in genetics and population genetics as it does to me?
