Have you heard of the term “diploid”? If not, you should learn it before speculating further.
As @Mercer mentions, you should look into diploid genomes, meiosis, and sexual reproduction. Every gamete is only one copy of a two copy genome, and there is even shuffling of those genes between the two copies. This means that not all of your offspring will be born with all of the deleterious mutations in your genome. The advantage of sexual reproduction is that it allows deleterious mutations to be selected against independently of the rest of the alleles in the genome.
