Because the Engineer (/Artist/Craftsman/Poet/Musician/…) is competent? Suggest to any self-respecting human enginneer that what they have produced is kludging and junk. 
That does not negate God’s providence.
That is another discussion, I guess. You have never seen designs in nature that you would consider elegant?
