If you feel adventurous, I would suggest creating a Linux boot-up on your computer

For a Windows 10 computer, I would strongly suggest installing Docker and then using one or more of the official Cyverse Vice images from DockerHub. Cyverse Vice provides a graphical environment that @Michael_Okoko might find easier to use. And running Docker images is certainly much, much easier than creating a new boot partition and installing Linux.

Caveat: I know nothing about genomics software; my suggestion is based on my long experience using Docker on Windows.
