The evidence shows that human minds are quantum mechanical, If you want to call that a deity, then fine.

That was meant to be “definitely yes.”

Because “digital” information is a human descriptor, and we can equally say that everything contains (digital) information. All we need to do is encode a description in a base-2 format. Nothing about “digital” makes it in any way special, and the mind you are recognizing is your own.

That said, there could still be something special about information found in nature, but there are assumptions or context involved. For instance, archaeologists looking at an artifact do not infer that an unknown mind was involved in it’s creation - they assume (with strong justification) that humans existed to create it. Archaeologist ask questions about the people who made it and the when, where, why, and how of the artifact creation - based on that assumption.
