Creation carried out by evolution though a divine eternal being. It does sound like creation creation or evolution evolution. I can see your point. Perhaps Divine Development would be better.
Do you actually hold to a Young Earth Creation? Theistic Creation is satisfactory for me. That would cover YEC and OEC. What do you think?

I found your site a few months ago. I donāt have time to post much, and my background is in silicate chemistry not biology so there is little I can add to your discussions anyway, but I still enjoy reading them. I mostly follow William Lane Craigās Reasonable Faith but I also enjoy Biologos and Reasons to Believe. I notice Bill mentioned meeting you at Dahar in his most recent podcast. I appreciate that Peaceful Science has a different perspective, and as I mentioned in a post I made in August I appreciate your humility. Patrick speaks of divisions within Christianity, but I have noticed that any endeavour creates its own culture as it gets more specialised. For example did you know that Cement chemists have their own notation, where C is shorthand for CaO, S is shorthand for SiO2, H is shorthand for water and so on. Discussions involve compounds such as C3A,C2S,C4AF which would make no sense to anyone who is outside the field. It doesnāt surprise me that Patrick finds Christian Jargon confusing if he is also outside that field.

No, Patrick. George Brooks is the one that is confused. He is frantic, then manic, then Unitarian Universalist and then Frantic Unitarian. You will be agnostic next. You must keep up with the game, Patrick. George will be a United Methodist next.
