Yes.
I’d say it is unethical not to use any freely available data that might make a difference in medical treatment.

The ethical dilemma I see is in encouraging unethical research in the future. I don’t see how using this data would cross that line. Also, if the tragedy of the Holocaust can somehow improve the lives of people in the present then I think we have honored the lives of those Holocaust victims.
