Daniel, you are making good points. I am also a “layman”, and I would say these guys have a very difficult time, bringing the knowledge down from the top shelf (it’s like Computer Geeks talking in “code” language!) Simple answers are are good place to start, and usually better in all areas of life.

I tried to give some simple answers.

What was it about what happened there that pushed you to the design side? And what do you mean by that exactly?
