Yes, definitely a great article. My only beef with it (a very minor one) is that if someone only casually skims the article, they might misconstrue the kind of “winning” the author wants to achieve. (I guess I tend to want to avoid words like “winning” in these contexts.)
Whether or not one can “win” in an argument with an extremist, we can try to build bridges, and we can educate third-party readers even if not the extremist.
