This dig into the background of the documentary The Principle, echoes a number of issues that may be familiar in terms of ideologically-motivated misrepresentation of science (and the documentary appears to be quite skillful at balancing not being too blatant about the misrepresentation whilst still getting their distorted message across). An interesting crossover at times to the recently discussed issue of Flat Earthism (though I suppose it shouldn’t be surprising that Geocentricism and Flat Earthism are at least adjacent).
