What about the Flood?

Good thing that’s not my scenario then. The highlands NE of there flooded too. That was probably the epicenter. The question is where the sediments from the drainage settled? The finest sediments tend to settle where the water slows down. When water slows, its ability to carry sediments decreases. Thus when rivers hit oceans they tend to drop their sediments, forming deltas. Every major delta on earth is built in part from sediments first picked up from far away. That’s just how it works.

Since the Genesis Flood is not depicted as a regional flood, it really doesn’t matter to me.
You are simply confirming for me that Genesis is a corrupted extract of some possible historical events.

If you agree that Genesis is, in part, corrupted… wouldnt it make it easier to accept the Genealogical Adam scenarios?
