Chemically and Electrically Assisted Nuclear Reactions and YEC

This is a photo of the Proton-21 lab in the Ukraine that did electrically induced nuclear transmutations.

Main Research Results:

The first successful experiment was performed on February 24, 2000 in a specially created and proprietary set up. In fact, the 5,000+ successful experiments in controlled nuclei-synthesis performed since 1999, using various targets made of light, medium, or heavy elements; have allowed the research team at EDL to comprehend and evaluate this unique scientific breakthrough.

The discovered process has been noted for its practical, environmentally friendly and extraordinary energy efficient attributes.

The presence of long living isotopes in super heavy elements, on the border and beyond the Periodic Table, was revealed by the nuclear transmutation. These were synthesized in quantities many times exceeding those principally gained by classic methods at much reduced energy costs.

That suggests the electrical origin of Uranium, and lots of other isotopes and supposed daughter products used in radio metric dating of supposedly old rocks.

Did their Proton-21 machine also bury the 3.5 billion years’ worth of fossils in the “young” rocks all over the planet? :slightly_smiling_face:

Lightning can trigger nuclear reactions, creating rare atomic isotopes

Rare forms of atoms, like carbon-13, carbon-14, and nitrogen-15, have long been used to figure out the ages of ancient artifacts and probe the nuances of prehistoric food chains. The source of these rare isotopes? Complicated cascades of subatomic reactions in the atmosphere triggered by high-energy cosmic rays from outer space. Now, a team of scientists is adding one more isotope initiator to its list: lightning. Carbon-13, one tracer used to probe a variety of geochemical processes, is typically formed when high-energy cosmic rays enter the atmosphere and strike the most abundant form of nitrogen there—nitrogen-14 atoms. The atoms lose a neutron, and the unstable nitrogen-13 atom left behind sheds a neutrino and a positively charged electron, or positron. The reaction (and the subsequent annihilation of the positron when it collides with a negatively charged electron) produces a stable carbon-13 atom and two gamma rays with a very particular energy—often used to detect cosmic rays. But back in February, scientists observing an afternoon thunderstorm off the northwestern coast of Japan picked up the same signals. What’s more, the team also detected the wider range of gamma rays given off by unstable nitrogen-15 atoms created when free neutrons slammed into nitrogen-14 atoms. That means that strong bolts of lightning can unleash the same flurry of nuclear reactions as cosmic rays, the researchers report today in Nature. But, they add, the isotopes created by these storms likely constitute a small portion of all such atoms—so the new findings are unlikely to change the way other scientists use them for dating and geotracing.

Ah, but if there is another source of electricity such as Piezo Electric effects connect to tremendous Earthquakes associated with the flood, there’s a whole new ballgame!

No, it does not. Nor does it have any apparent connection to the reliability of radiometric dating.

What flood would that be Sal? The magical one which created all those geologic formations you won’t touch for love nor money? :slightly_smiling_face:

I suppose you could claim that any non-terrestrial rocks that have landed on earth and subsequently dated were contaminated. For the sake of argument, let’s disregard all of those examples of OEC confirming dates. You still need to account for the Uranium lead dating of lunar samples returned to earth. They reveal our Moon to be 4.51 billion years old. The Curiosty rover used potassium-argon dating to determine its Mars sample to be between 3.5 and 4.5 billion years old. Later this year Hayabusa 2 will return asteroid samples, and If Trumps budget gets through, we’ll have Mars samples back here on earth in less than a decade. Flood apologetics will need to evolve in order to explain this type of evidence.

From the website:
The technological process created and validated by EDL is a unique and a pioneer experimental technology. It achieves record-breaking conditions for multiparticle nuclear fusion-fission reactions in condensed matter.

The laboratory installation developed by EDL has achieved high reproducibility results in reaching appropriate conditions in a compressed format necessary for the ignition of the collective multiparticle fusion-fission reactions.

The new elements resulting from the nuclceosynthesis created by the EDL process are [free of ι-, β-, γ-, -active isotopes.] The radiation intensity of the products never exceeds the background intensity.

Elements marked with [radioactive isotopes had their activity reduced]) due to full nuclear rebirth of a portion of the target element after the high energy impact.

Where dooooo we begin? Beyond the periodic table - what, kryptonite, dilithium, unobtainium? They have new super heavy elements? Since Y2K?

If even a tithe of this were true (and intelligible), these guys would all be 1) noble prize recipients, 2) billionaires, and 3) household names.

No need for the National Ignition Facility to concentrate terawatts of laser power into millimeter scales for picoseconds, or the multi-billion dollar ITER magnetic plasma confinement experiment, or the so far failed cavitation research attempts to overcome the coulomb barrier - some dudes with oscilloscopes in a basement are on this. If I have been living in a cave for the past two decades and missed the action, by all means update me with the peer reviewed papers, but otherwise, my advice is not to buy shares.

Why would a created solar system necessarily be “not evolved”?

God uses natural processes to create things everywhere we look (e.g. new babies from raw materials called “food”, converted by countless chemical reactions from the elements of the Periodic Table.) So why not the solar system too?

I tend to be more focused on fishing and do a lousy job if I am reviewing on a pier…

I loved the pun, Patrick!

I interpreted “pier reviewed” as meaning that some frustrated science journal editor had already thrown the submission into the lake. (Or had used pieces of it for bait.)

That’s worth looking into, Rich, thanks.

This are articles on Earthquake-generated lightning. This could then be the source of large amounts of electricity needed to effect nuclear transmutation reactions that might explain appearance of long term ages in certain rocks.

Bizarre Earthquake Lights Tied to Rifts in Earth

Mysterious flashes of electricity known as earthquake lights are more likely to happen near rifts, where pieces of the Earth are pulling away from each other, new research suggests.

The quick buildup of stress at these nearly vertical faults may cause electrical current to flow to the surface and cause the eerie light shows, the researchers find.

Mysterious Flashing ‘Earthquake Lights’ Maybe Explained

Applied physicist Troy Shinbrot, of Rutgers University in New Jersey, and his colleagues looked at three different kinds of particles — plastic disks, glass particles and organic powders, such as flour — that stick and slip in much the same way the Earth does in earthquake zones. He and his colleagues study electric charge in powders, which, for example, can make pharmaceutical mixtures separate or stick to surfaces in unwanted ways in factories.

The researchers discovered these different systems all developed an electrical voltage when physically disturbed, though there is currently no known physical mechanism for exactly how they do this. [The Top 10 Unexplained Phenomena]

“If you take a Tupperware container filled with flour and tip the container, when the flour shifts, voltages of around 100 volts inexplicably appear,” Shinbrot told Live Science’s Our Amazing Planet. “Except for the fact that we cannot get these voltages to go away, I would call this ‘crackpot physics,’ and even as it is, I wish I could hedge my bets, but the voltages are very repeatable, and we have so far failed to account for a spurious influence that might cause them.”

The effects are “so improbable that they could be wrong,” Shinbrot said. “This is why we tested the effect in as different situations as possible.” This included using a variety of particles, a variety of container materials and sizes, and a variety of humidity levels.

“Always we expect the effect will go away, and always it persists,” Shinbrot said.

Unexplained electrical effects

The scientists previously sought to explain other mysteries regarding electrical charge. For example, it remains unclear how lightning can happen in sandstorms, even though sand is an electrical insulator, making lightning in sandstorms akin to seeing thunderbolts emerge from a storm full of rubber balls.

The researchers suggested there may be some unknown material property that produces voltages whenever cracks appear in powders or grains.

“There are analogous — and also largely unexplained — effects seen in other materials,” Shinbrot said. “These go by the name of ‘fractoluminescence,’ and appear as flashes of light when wintergreen Life Savers [candies] are broken in a darkened room, when transparent tape is peeled from a roll or when mercury slips on glass.”

Discovering the roots of this phenomenon could help scientists better predict earthquakes, Shinbrot said. Also, “Incipient cracks in ceramics could perhaps be detected in advance of failure,” which could help authorities detect when bridges might collapse or ceramic turbine blades might shatter, he added.

The scientists will detail their findings March 6 at the annual American Physical Society’s March meeting in Denver.

Creationist Walt Brown had talked about this phenomenon before it got as well reported as it was in 2014!

Low Energy Nuclear Transmutation experiments have been conducted and replicated.

In prior days, we called transmuataion ALCHEMY!

http://news.newenergytimes.net/2012/12/06/mitsubishi-reports-toyota-replication/

Dec. 7, 2012 – By Steven B. Krivit –

Researchers from Toyota Central Research and Development Laboratories performed an independent replication of a Mitsubishi low-energy nuclear reaction transmutation experiment, according to a physicist from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries speaking at the American Nuclear Society LENR session on Nov. 14 in San Diego, Calif.

The physicist, Yasuhiro Iwamura, told the ANS audience that the Toyota researchers confirmed that nuclear changes from one element to another took place without the use of high-energy nuclear physics. Most scientists who have not followed this field closely consider such profound claims inconceivable. Toyota used a LENR deuterium-permeation transmutation method that Iwamura invented.

Iwamura has been working with this LENR method for 14 years. He said that one of his LENR transmutations was closely but not identically replicated by Toyota. Osaka University and Iwate University previously reported similar replications.

The core of the sun is 500 times hotter than lightning and the containment pressure is huge. Heavy elements require much higher temperatures. Do you have any mainstream publications to support not just lightning, but lightning driven fusion, preferably not from a web site promoting cold fusion?

Why is this phrased in a manner suggesting surprise? Lightning has been observed in volcanic clouds since the Pompey eruption of Roman times. You can receive a shock while power sanding wood, and wood is an insulator. You need charge separation to generate lightning. Lightning is a breakdown of dialectric, conduction will ground out electrical discharge. This has been long understood.

So how do all these phenomena change the proportions of radiometric isotopes everywhere (including on the moon, renowned for its thunderstorms!) exactly in the amounts that they line up as if they were caused by long term decay? How does feeding a boatload of noise into a balanced system cause so much alignment that we can do thousands of analyses right across the world and get consistent and consilient results? What is the probability of this?

Can you try and model this idea with some coin flips for us?

Here is an example dating of a lunar basalt:

Can you explain how lunar lightning (!) has managed to line up the isotope proportions in 5 minerals and the whole rock in such a nice way that they form a straight line indicating that the age of this sample is 3.68 Billion years?

Rich Hampton made a similarly good objection, thank you for pointing this out. I’ll look into it. Good objection.

Walt Brown’s theory is basement rock in the moon will have low radioactivity. Lunar rocks with radioactive isotopes came from rocks exploded from the Earth.
