Yep. That’s why Joel Duff applied a question mark to the title—and then proceeded to explain that it was not a bird, not a dinosaur, and (despite some YEC claims) it had keratinous display structures which weren’t “true feathers.”
Joel Duff’s channel is largely devoted to debunking YEC misunderstandings and misrepresentations of the science. At 6:50 he addresses “Why this challenges YEC feather-based taxonomy.”
It’s a new fossil, apparently, but it’s closely related to Longisquama, which has been known for many years. Alan Feduccia at one point even claimed that Longisquama was an archosaur and the ancestor of birds.
