The Crab Nebula is the remnant of well documented supernova event known to have occurred in 1054 AD. In the time since the shell of expelled gases has expanded and that allows astronomers to measure its speed and distance traveled. This and other observations of supernova remnants allows them to make reasonable estimates for when the supernovas have occurred. Suffice it to say, dates go well beyond 6500 years.

I think that is a very solid objection to YEC/YCC.
