Institutions indeed dangerous. But paradoxically Christianity is intended to be non-institutional, but entirely public, not introspective - that’s mysticism.
It’s counter-cultural, and that implies it should always be in the political sphere, and always marginalised. If that offends even atheistic cultural institutions - well, that’s tough. All cultures get countered by Christ.
