This may be the wrong place to post, but Iβm looking for instructions on how to do the indented block quotes instead of putting quotations around passages. I appreciate any feedback and apologize if there is a more appropriate place to post this. Thanks.

You can skip the markup tags and just put a β>β in front of the text.
There are also some unadvertised tags available, like strikethrough and mark.
Putting a β\β in front of another character cancels for following format character. So if you wanted to start a line with β>β but not have a quote block, use"\>".
> Note that to get backslash β\β to display I need to use a double-backslash β\\β. (For that I typed four backslashes, and Iβll stop here before it gets silly )
