How to Post a Topic

Hi Moderators,

How does one post an interesting item under a new topic? I was under the impression that only privileged contributors could do that.

Upper right hand corner of main page says NewTopic. Do you see it?

There is a “badge” hurdle in the system to cross to get to post new topics… but I would think you’ve crossed that hurdle quite a while ago.
