Confusion over the Citipati

So I was under the impression the fossil Big Mama was a Oviraptor philoceratops, based on a book I’ve read. However, I saw it labeled as a Citipati osmolskae on wikipedia. So is, or is Oviraptor now called Citipati while Oviraptor is valid? Any idea what could have caused this weird mix up?

A reference or two would be nice to start with. What Wikipedia article, for example?
