I generally do not watch unless the OP that leads with a video 1) identifies the significant discussion item(s), 2) provides at least a brief summary or time links for the video, and 3) if possible, links to any supporting textual association with the video.
Nothing against watching videos. I watch a great deal, just that there way way more produced than is possible to consume, and a lot of them are low yield.
